Your order and project will be carried out on a high level of quality, responsibility and terms observance, using the principle: requirements specification (RS) drafting –> project realization, here’s the detailed working plan:

Detailed working scheme:

1. Drafting, discussing and approving the RS, You can use the brief offered here as to draw up the RS
2. Basing on approved RS follows – defining terms and budget, all these complete the project parameters and cost.
3. Conclusion of agreement.
4. Making of a prepayment of – 30% of the total project cost.
5. Starting project immediate development.
6. Offering first variants/first patterns, within specified terms.
7. Discussing variants/patterns and if necessary – introducing changes/improvements. Confirmation of changes made.
8. Final approval.
9. Full payment of project cost.

Beforehand the Developer can inform the Customer only about approximate terms and cost of project.

The collaboration and work between parties starts with the drafting, discussion and approval of the RS. After what follows the terms and budget calculation, within RS, where RS is the basis for project accomplishment and real confirmation of volume, complexity, specificity of the tasks, terms fulfillment and payment conditions between parties.

After the RS approval, and in this meaning conclusion of agreement, the Developer starts directly to work on the project, following the RS description.

If you haven’t prepared an RS of your project yet, then you can use a brief questioner for: web design / company logo / house style development, offered by me.

Please, contact me, requesting a certain brief questioner and I’ll send it to you within one working day. Fill it in and send back to me for project evaluation and further collaboration.

For other kind of projects an RS is also needed to be supplied to Developer, or it can be worked out together with the Developer, during the negotiations.

Any deviation from the RS, that occur after RS approval and/or during the development, by need or fault of Customer, (deviations from RS) such as: additional requests, important changes and so on, are discussed separately and in this sense, corresponding changes are introduced into the earlier calculated terms, budget and other conditions.

Design of Page Layout:

During the development of web page layout, all important components are taken into consideration, such as: usability, corporate style, creativeness, marketing targets and needed results of the project, in such proportions that give the possibility to obtain a working project and a project that meets Your expectations and ideas. This can be a Company presenting design, Product/TM/Services promotion design, e-shop design, corporate design, design for portal or social web, or design for other different theme/aim web-projects.
